The firm is dedicated to the aggressive and results-orientated representation of its clients and combines a large firm type of attention to detail with small firm personal attention paid to each matter.
The principal reason for referring landlord-tenant cases to outside counsel is the specialized, highly technical nature of landlord-tenant practice in New York City. Landlord-tenant parts have special rules, and clients and referring firms want assurance that counsel is familiar with the law as well as the complexities of the Court. Lambert & Shackman, PLLC, has both the experience and judgment to serve referring counsel and their clients well in the difficult landlord-tenant environment.
